i love macro photography...the world looks so weird and wonderful when you look at it up close. ive been trying to get into macro photography for a while, but have had to make do with my telephoto lens since i cant afford a dedicated macro lens right now. recently i got a set of extension tubes, which ive had a lot of fun playing with lately. the optical quality of my work suffers a bit (its not like im using pro glass), but the results have been decent. im hoping the more i work with macro the better i'll get, so expect to see a lot more of it from me...hopefully ill get a macro lens soon. but meanwhile im using tubes, and a "full manual" approach. not really sure why i wrote this now...i guess if you like macro, maybe you'll read this, and if you want to share your own work, id LOVE to see it, and get inspired...
